Meet Our Team
John "Jack" Grebin - Agency Owner
Jack, having recently taken ownership of the agency, has about 11 years of experience as a producer under Bruce Grebin. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2018, earning his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Jack began work in the family business during it's opening back in 2015 and has since become a driving force of innovation and growth for The Grebin Agency. Outside of the office, Jack enjoys creative projects, traveling and maintaining his personal health and fitness goals. He deeply values spending time with his friends, family, and girlfriend, Taryn.


Bruce Grebin - Chief of Operations
Bruce worked in the industry as an executive of underwriting for Artex, prior to opening his own agency along with his wife, Maryellen, and his son, Jack, in 2015. With the recent transfer of ownership to Jack, he now works as the Chief of Operations for the Grebin Agency and as an internal broker. In his free time, Bruce enjoys playing guitar—particularly 12-minute solos for his wife and music-loving neighbors—as well as cooking delicious home meals and spending time with family.
Maryellen Grebin - Office Manager
Prior to the opening of the agency, Maryellen worked as a teacher at a preparatory school for 20 years. Now, she manages all financial and administrative tasks for the Grebin Agency—she keeps the lights on! Maryellen is a talented artist with a passion for creating, whether she’s painting, designing custom nail sets, or crafting DIY home décor. She loves traveling and spending quality time with family.


Jaquelyn Roeske
Account Manager
Jaquelyn has been with The Grebin Agency for about 4 years serving as a direct contact to our clients, answering any and all coverage and billing questions.

Tim Masterton
Customer Service Rep
Tim provides backup support, answering clients' coverage and billing questions.

Taryn Story
Marketing Director
Taryn provides us with all of our branded materials and she manages our online presence through web development and social media marketing.

Chief Puppy Officer
Since 2015, Betty has served her position well and has the been awarded the honor of Employee of the Year for every consecutive year since opening day!
